Due to the intimate nature of the Pure Romance product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product but it MUST be received within 180 days of your delivery date to receive a duplicate item. Shipping cost is non-refundable and must be paid on your behalf to ship the item back.

Unfortunately, no merchandise credit can be issued. If you have a defective item please send an email to: prbyjessrodriguez@gmail.com with your order date and product that has been received as defective. Thank you so much for your understanding.
